My Services:
I'm a qualified and registered Art Therapist and Counsellor with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across clinical, community, and disability settings. My practice is grounded in the belief that creativity is a powerful tool for healing, connection, and self-understanding.
I’ve worked extensively with young people navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, grief, and behavioural challenges, as well as with adults living with acquired brain injuries, intellectual disabilities, and chronic illness. My approach is neuro-affirming, strengths-based, and person-centred — always adapting to the needs of the individual.
I currently work in private practice and also support NDIS participants through creative therapeutic support. My background includes work in palliative care, community art spaces, and multidisciplinary clinics, and I bring a gentle, playful, and compassionate energy to every session.
What is Art Therapy?
Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative processes such as drawing, painting, and sculpting to help people explore emotions, improve mental health, and enhance self-awareness. No art experience is necessary — it’s not about creating something ‘perfect’, but about expressing what words sometimes can’t.
